about me

All I want to do...

...is have some fun. That's the usual ending of that sentence, right?

But see, all I've ever wanted to do was to write. I breathe to write. I sit in the tub with a pad (yes, it's getting wet, but trust me, a pad is better then a laptop - that's a mistake I wont make!...twice...) and scrible down ideas. I have a pad by the bed. I write on the back of bus tickets, birthday cards (sorry mum), napkins (the linen kind is tricky - and I'm not welcome back to THAT restaurant again), wallpaper, footballs...

And I've been told I'm great at it. And I've been told I suck at it. And it's fun and it hurts and it's all I really want to do...

...and I've tried a lot. Purchasing, sales, marketing, financial analysis, nursing, teaching, stables attendant, legal project management...

...and I always come back to writing...

Now, taking the plunge and making it official. So come on in, flip through a few pages and let me have it. Be nice, be mean, be yourself! Just be there for me!

Thanks, see you around!
Love
Nik

Pip the PI

Nikki Zbrog

When your job is to run TOWARD a bullet, what people call you is your least problem...

Piper Rouen hates to be called Pip, but ever since she moved home to San Francisco, it's all she hears... leaving a glossy life in New York, a life that had turned into a platter of problems, she gets a job at the Derek Michael's PI agency and is up for a brand new dish of trouble And in Piper's case, the trouble is spelled: M*E*N...

One Little Riddle

Nikki Zbrog

Caution, Care. Beware of people!

One phonecall sets it off. One book worth killing for. One trip where the participants cannot and will not trust one another, but have to work together to save their lives.

Care Grant is taken out of her stuffy museum and is thrown into a chase on life and death through a foreign country where only her knowledge in history, legends and customs will keep her alive. But Care had been a museum assistant for so long - does she really know enough? Her friend Drew enjoys playing Indiana Jones, but Care just wants it all to be over, so she can return to her stuffy museum and take a nap in one of the empty sarcophagus in the basement, like Benicio once suggested...

Hi Al I've been going over your text a few times, and it's really fun. I like the upper class setting, where 'no' isn't an alternative, I like the mixes of personalities, it's a really good start. However. You asked about Hayley... I have to say, the opening scene, all I get from her is desper... view book

"Most modern vampires seem to live in St Louis or New Orleans." Yeah, it's quite strange, especially since vampires sprung out of Eastern European folklore and then spread like wildfire throghout the world! ...all ending up in New Orleans! Or, I've heard a lot of them live in Paris (which is mo... view book
