This is a very rough and immediate first draft, posted here because somebody showed an interest. Don't even think about shelving it. Don't bother with nitpicks either. General comments are welcomed.
I have set myself the challenge of writing an epic fantasy trilogy that satisfies all of the longings that the genre ignited in me when I was young, but which go unfulfilled with every fantasy book I pick up.
The entire structure is blocked out in my mind (and notes) and it takes my breath away. Whether I'll do it justice remains to be seen, and it's gonna take a wee while. Definitely a labour of love.
The Sovereign Galaxies is the 2nd book in the trilogy, but I'm writing it first - the three books are all very distinctive from each other, yet interconnect and overlap in important ways.
