ARISE, AUTHONOMY GHOST!

Ease those weary, withered limbs from your coffin. Push away the stone from the mouth of the tomb.

You have one last task to perform. One last, sacred shelf to confer.

Whether you were plugger, spammer, gusher or troll, whether you flirted or fought in the forum or beavered away in the shadows, now is the time for your resurrection.

One last time. Marshall your strength, muster the last vestiges of your power and carry out your final Authonomy act:

Back my book, MIRROR IN THE SKY.

Then, only then, you may rest easy in your Authonomy grave.

Excellent excellent writing. It was quite weird being inside the mind of a shrewd businessman as that is something I am most defintely not. The writing is razor sharp and I could just feel myself at the helm of a cutthroat business, the descriptions were excellent and set the scene brilliantly without interrupting. Backed immediately.

Extraordinary concept which is quite remarkable in second-person narrative. A relentless read. This has all the makings of a huge hit.

Well, this sure is interesting. Easily the most unique read I've had on Authonomy. Shelved for style and your bravery in tackling second-person. That, you rarely see.

This has the kind of oozing descriptive language that I truly envy. Also, the title made me laugh out loud. It reminded me of that line from Futurama "An elephant that never forgets...TO KILL!" Very clever stuff, very clever indeed.

You?
My goodness, you are a brave one, and your courage seems to be justified.
Well written and the second person works well.
Very clever. Very clever indeed.

RKBR,
Responded to your comments on my book, on my web page. Now it's time to check out your murder mystery.

Sounds good. You're on my watched. Trying to get down to some serious writing so it may be a while. Good writing though and good luck.

First of all, the title is brilliant. It's the reason I began reading it. The reasons I continued reading include the sharp wit, the surrealism, and the excellent premise. I've yet to progress beyond the first chapter, but I'm putting this on my bookshelf regardless.

I love how none of the characters have names. I hate coming up with character names, and in fact many of the characters in my own novel have none, including the main character. The Businessman is horribly hilarious. I love how he views everything through the lens of capitalism, which becomes a dark, evil doctrine through his eyes.

I'll definitely be back to read more of The Little Engine That Could Kill. Well done.

Wow, this is great! I'm not sure I've ever read anything in the second person, but I really liked what I've read of this. It's like Vantage Point done right! I can't wait to see- or decide- who did it.

I'm only at the end of chapter 2 but dear god! This is amazing. I love the idea, I adore the style. The permanent "you"... I feel completely part of the story. I've spotted two typos within the two chapters. Which, given the length, is impressive.

How no-one has commented on this is beyond me.

Shelved. Not finished, and I'm shelving it. Amazing. I can do nothing but gush =D
