A.S.H. Pelican Fox

Peter Skoczylis

After an accident Fox finds himself in an unknown world with challenges that seem insurmountable.

Whereas some writers would invite the reader to look outside the window of himself, the reflections between these covers reach deep inside, even to the innermost sanctuary, enabling him who will dare to perceive an eternal world not beyond this earth, but of which mortality is an integral part. Fox is pronounced dead and shown beyond time and space and a love he is about to lose. Discovering an eternal past, he meets up with those with whom he had struggled and finds himself in a kingdom thrust suddenly into war by a conflict older than time and one which continues to rage on in the hearts of men even today. In this supernatural romance there is a depth that will not only reveal love, but its purpose in an eternal tapestry, a tapestry which is being woven even as we speak...

well I felt at home the analogies which seem to have not only an LDS origin but also other deeply rooted religious thoughts that I know Pete has. After reading the passages of the online excerpt i felt a desire for more. Thanks Pete.

Peter: both pitches work for this genre. I do apologize for the lack of a proper comment but I am leaving for the weekend and it's late here. Let me know if you want a proper comment upon my return and I will read more as soon as I have a chance. For now, enjoy the BACKING. I can use your comment on my book when you get the chance. Cheers!

PELICAN FOX
This is an interesting story. It’s a little hard in the beginning to keep straight what is real and what is not, but that’s okay. It made me keep reading to see which was which. You have a good character in Pelican (like his name a lot); your writing style is the mark of the story, tho. It’s fresh and clear and you balance dialogue and descriptions well so keep your story always moving forward. I’m adding this to my shelf. If you have a moment, would you look at mine (Grain of Salt)? I’m in 3rd place but only holding on by my teeth. Burgio

Although the first few paragraphs are not the easiest to read and a a bit to distributive these chapters are well worth reading. the author draws you in. yes at times very descriptive but you just want to read on to find out what will happen.
