Hi Beth, really great to hear from you. The book is published and you can obtain a copy from Amazon, or if you have an ebook reader its available from the Apple Ibook store, Smashwords, Kobo, & Diesel.
Please visit my partner Dawns website. She is a Bach Flower practioner and will be able to help you with your remedies.
But most of all Beth don't give up, you can get through this.
Best wishes
Richard

I am trying the flower extracts as soon as I can finf them. I have lived with panic for too long and need to get well. Thank you for writting this wonderful book and i will put it on my shelf as soon as I am finished reading. The only time I feel really well is in my writing of books or painting my pictures. I really wish ou luck in publishing as so many people are having a hard time coping in such a fast moving world. For the older people it is very hard. Retired living poor when the had a real life before. I find it hard to leave my home and it makes me sleep and I go to bed for a few hours. I have a counslor and medication but I am so tired of the whole thing. I AM WILLING TO CHANGE & I HOPE SOON I WILL GET STRONGER. That is all I can give for now. Your book is a blessing and so easy to read. It is well written and needs to be published ASAP. Beth

CONQUERING PANIC ATTACKS
Interesting and informative and must be invaluable for anyone who needs this help and guidance.
Written with a clear and concise style. Does not get too bogged down in deep science and anyone can understand the writing.
This is written well and a must for the book shelves of those with anxiety attacks.
Good luck.
I am happy to back this. When you have a moment I would be delighted if you would take a look at my book. Perhaps make comments and see whether it is worthy of a backing. Thanks and good luck on here.

If you felt you had the time to read the start of my book, a YA Fantasy called THE WANDERER AND THE HILL, and tell me if you felt the introduction should be cut down to make way for the action, I would be open to criticism and appreciate any insights you had time to offer.

This book is very timely. A few months ago I was also suffering from panic attacks which are now under contol. Unfortunately the bach flowers I was prescribed didn't help, but some excercises I practiced did. Several family and friends I know also suffered from attacks, but are now on the mend. We were all going through a stressful period at the time. The world needs books such as this, so congratulations on producing such a work.
I also do healing work, and teach others to cope through hypnosis, so it was a shock to the system to experience it myself, and a great lesson in understanding.
I will happily back your lovely book. Eunice - The Temple Dancer.

CONQUERING PANIC ATTACKS & ANXIETY by Richard Hathaway.

Richard - We all live in The Age of Anxiety but not all can cope with the stress of modern living. A compelling feature of your self-help book is that you have experienced the worst manifestations yourself. Panic attacks cause not only acute distress to sufferers but cause chronic concern to onlookers and close family members. You provide a holistic series of coping measures in your very helpful book. It should prove a very useful and effective tool for not only professionals but anyone involved in the management of the conditions and symptoms you describe so expertly. Backed.

Richard -Enjoyed this as basically any sane human being in today's world must be anxious and ultimately on the edge of panic.! ( ok a bit of generalisation) Have always liked the idea of self improvement and thought your writing was nice and straight forward no bullshit. Well written clear and factual an easy read and informative.

good luck and best wishes.

Hi Richard, This is succinct, directed writing that seems to give assurance while being very readable. That’s important to the subject! I’ve used Rescue Remedy with a cat and tried it myself – it can’t hurt as far as side effects, I’ve been informed. You’ve persuaded me to try it again. Covering anti-depressants and breathing in the second chapter is good overview. This appears to be a very helpful guide! Shelved – Katherine (The Swan Bonnet)

I think this is a very important book. Very fluid and with limited jargon. In short, an excellent aid for the panic attack sufferer. My mum suffers. I'll mention it to her and your link.

Hello Richard. It's so nice to find a book that makes the solution possible. I have a good friend that has this problem and I'll tell her about your Amazon link. She was put on the dreaded pills and is now having a terrible time getting off them. Reading your book reminded me of the conversations we have had, so you truly know your stuff, but most importantly you have been able to write it well. I hope your book is a success.

hullo Richard. what an inciteful book. An interesting read while I set here at the NASCAR Southern 500. Seem like all these folks are in the middle of a panic attack. The 500 is a car race, but I am sure you know this. Your book topic addresses an issue which many of us have felt but refused to recognize. I am a gardener but I have not heard of your 'Rescue remedy', thank you for that. Is it unknown to the US for example? Regardless, I am going to see if I can find it here. thanks for your insites and have a good one today. Already shelved and backed.
Please take a look at my book if you have not and thanks for that. Any comment appreciated.

Panic attacks are a pretty nasty trick the brain plays on the body. Any book that helps to free people of the horror of anxiety is a book worth reading. This one is written well, and since the author himself has suffered from anxiety, the book has credibility. Backed!

Self-help books should be easy to read, and this succeeds in that arena. You put across well thought out theories and the evidence to support them, while offering guidance without baffling the reader.

As a psychiatric nurse I can relate very much to the steps necessary to workthrough Panic Attacks. Although I have never experienced one - I know they exist and can be frightening as hell for the individual because they feel like they are dying. This would be a great resourse not only for doctors offices but also high schools and colleges as that seems to be the population with the least amount of control over their anxiety and also the population you don't want to just keep medicating - this book delivers a much better solution. BACKED with pleasure.

CONQUERING PANIC
This is a step by step self help book on how to do just what the title says: conquer anxiety and panic attacks. Your writing is clear and this is easy to read. I wish you had listed more credentials for writing this other than you suffered from panic attacks and backed it with some references to substantiate your method (also your relationship to the website that sells the Rescue Remedy), but okay. Even without those, I think the average reader who needs help in this area will benefit from the common sense incorporated in this. I’m adding it to my shelf. Burgio (Grain of Salt)

Dear Richard, I love that you give step by step & check off lists to handle your feelings & to think positively - my husband was even the the hospital for a month & is still in deniel & controlled by meds, but drink mega amounts of diet coke which nullifies meds - still has them during the night - denies he even has a problem or that he's having them. Thank you for sharing with the world this problem :) - it's very real & his mom & his brother, same problem. :) Before I began to read your book, I was prepared by your recappitch, which was very well done. Your story is good because you create interest by having short paragraphs & lots of dialogue, which makes me want to keep reading to find out what's going to happen next. I'm "commenting & backing" your book to help it advance - this will help your & mine move up on the charts. :) Could you please return the favor by taking a moment to "comment & back" my TWO memoir books, "He Loves Me, He Loves Me Not" & my unedited version? "Tell Me True Love Stories," which tells at the end my illness now/6th abusive marraiage." Thanks, Susie :)
p.s. Remember: every "comment" & "backing" you do moves you book & the other person's book closer to the top. :)
