A very real sense of the le Carre or Forsyth here that plays well with your distinctive style of writing.

Ian,
You have imagined an intriguing plot in The Hitler Canvas. I love what I read so far especially the part on the Queen Mary voyage from Southampton to New York. I read through the chapters which have yet to be uploaded and look forward to seeing the complete work. Backed with enthusiasm.

Hi Ian (The Hitler Canvas,

Amongst other things a great book consists of a great storyline and great characters and that's what we have here. I enjoyed reading what was presented to us and look forward to reading the rest. You have my best wishes for your writing future and I'm BACKING you.

You have written a very interesting and unique historical storyline, which I do like, and your work is extremely character rich. The dialogue is realistic and well written and the pace of your story flows well. All of this along with your descriptive writing makes your thriller a pleasure to read. Backed.

You successfully capture the atmosphere in the nightclub, that was very quickly established. I think the newspaper device to set up the story in 1 was very neatly done. But I didn’t like the scene in the gallery which adds nothing to the book, in fact it gets in the way. Consider starting with the newspaper report. It gives a smoother start to the story.
I would buy this book.

Dear Ian, I love how your pitch prepared me for my read. :) It was quite interesting how they prepared Charles for espionage :) - even learning the German language. :) What an amazing story. :) Even a practice run on the Queen Mary & romance with Alyson thrown in for good measure. :) Great write. :) I've backed both of your books, so will read your other one now. :) Could you please take a moment to back my memoir book? :) Thanks for very much. :) Love, Susie :)

Dear Ian

a lot of research has gone into this book and so well crafted...I have not read it all but will carry on. I loved your short pitch it grabbed me and your long pitch truly enticed me to read on. Original storyline so far and very well crafted. I am not an expert in grammar nor punctuation etc, but I love the flow and I am really getting a true appreciation of Science fiction. this is especially with regard to writers such as yourself. I am aspiring to write, you have honed a natural talent CONGRATS

Please take a moment to look, COMMENT which is

important to me, and BACK my book. if not that is OK

also

The VERY best of luck to you

BACKED BY ME FOR SURE
