Stowaway to the Stars

Graham Keeler

Karen accidentally stows away on Larry’s spaceship, only to find he is a fugitive who’s only chance is a near-suicidal invasion of planet Zilon.

Karen wants to avenge her sister’s death, but her mission leads to more than she bargained for. One simple case of mistaken identity, a reckless decision and suddenly Karen’s life is in turmoil. She finds that she has stowed away on Larry’s spaceship and her future is now irrevocably tied up with his.

And Larry’s future does not look great. He has stumbled on a covert operation by the Ziloni and they want him dead. On the run from the Galactic Union and pursued by the Ziloni, his only chance is a near-suicidal invasion to a military base on planet Zilon to find the evidence that will clear him.

Now Karen has no choice but to accompany Larry on a perilous mission that takes them on an action-packed journey across three planets.

I usually don't read this catagory but you got my attention from the start and kept it, way to go! Definately a great read for sci-fi enthusiasts.

Interested sor far, Graham, certainly has a touch of the Douglas Adams about it. Good writing, good pace and with the potential to make for a very enjoyable novel. Keep up the good work.

Backed as soon as I can find a space, best of luck.

Hi. Sci-Fi is not my forte but I read a little from your book, enough to enjoy the voice. I’m backing it and will return, when I have some time, for a more profound comment.
Could you please take a look at mine?

Love your story! I've gotten through chapter 7 and decided to back it and give it a full six stars. Your writing style makes this an easy and enjoyable read. I like science fiction, and I love plots where someone experiences the ride like the one Karen got from Larry. It was fitting that she didn't at first realize she was on a spaceship, and the whole scene played out quite convincingly. Note that you may want to change that hundred and fifty thousand kilometers distance Larry mentions to something much bigger. After all, our earth is about one hundred and fifty MILLION kilometers from our sun!

Very well written, and I will keep your book on my shelf for a long time, wishing you much success.

Dear Graham, I love your exciting adventure of Karen with Graham, as your concise pitch portrays :) - I hoped that there would be romance, too that they would get married & live happily ever after. :) Crisp dialogue & paragraphs, not to mention your action-packed intriguing story, moved me right through chapter 26. :) Happy to see that you have an epilogue to tie your story all together & their kissing at the end. :) I am so happy that there was retribution for Karen's sister, Rachel, too. :) Hope that you will write a million books. :) I have read, commented on, & put your book on my watchlist to read & to also at least 24 hour back when space opens on my bookshelf. :) I have also gold ******-rated you book :) - could you please ****** & back my memoirs/testimony book, in return? :) Thank you from the bottom of my heart. :) Love, Susie :) p.s. every ******-ing & at least 24 hour backing moves our books closer to the editor's desk :)

Hi Dave
Wow, that was fast. I've only just posted the story. Thanks for the support.

The 150,000 kilometers is just the distance to the hyperspace boundary, which is where it's possible to make hyperspace jumps.

I will take a look at your story as soon as I have a chance.

Graham
