Jason Edwards

The lives of the souls that are stolen by the Salesman in Freewill and Redemption,as he tries to buy his way out of his fate.

This is not a book in its own right, but here in case people want to see what happens to the other half of Freewill and the Salesman. There are three short stories here, and each has a supernatural or horror twist.

Jason,
The lives of these people you've created.... aweful.
1. I would never want to be Karl. So sad and obsessive and tragic to know your own end. I could not live like that.
2. Marcus ... oh, my . another sad life you have ended.
3. Keeling.. I get the impression she is still alive , yet one handed... Poor Cain.

You are good at writing desturbing material.

Well Jed, I just spent an enjoyable half hour reading the first story. Excellent ending - not at all what I was expecting. You did a great job, but not overdone, with building the power of his love for her. I was a bit surprised about his falling into drink - especially as everyone he hated had been a drunk. I would have thought he would have become a workaholic. Maybe not be particularly mindful or good at what he needed to do, but I just couldn't see him as an unemployed drunk.
But very good ending, all the way down to the note from the dad. I've put this on the shelf.

Reads well. It feels like an outline?
