Libertas Per Scientiam: Just Another Day

Bubba Brown

A slice of the dystopian, cyberpunk life from the quirky ones that aid those left to fend for themselves by the monolithic, oppressive power.

In a world where corporations practically rule the world, the smothering influence from the government seems to draw life from entire populations, and advanced technology can quietly infiltrate even the most guard aspects of life... You are left to wonder, "What can anyone do?" Wherever there's a monolith, there's always people seeking to knock it down. Resistance groups sprouted to fight the power in their dystopian, cyberpunk world. Some directly wage a war against the corporations and their power structures. Other tend to focus on what the corporations and government left behind in their wake. LPS is a small group that seeks to help those abandoned and left to drift up the creek. They may not get in the way of the monolithic organizations, but they are going to make sure they don't have anything to fall back upon. LPS never seems to have a typical day, despite their best efforts. It also doesn't help when your members are a bit quirky and idiosyncratic even on their best days. This is just another day in the dystopian, cyberpunk life.
