Motivating Thoughts is another good chapter you've written BDC. I come back because your written words are excellent. You offer the reader a lot. If this book is published, I know it will benefit those that read it.
You have always been out there~ always helping others and this is just another example of it.

BDC, I just finished reading ch 1. The quote~ If it's to be, it's up to me....I like this quote and would like to copy it, of course with your name at the bottom. I have about 100 pages of quotes I save and also about 20 books filled with different subjects to them.

I love to write but I don't consider myself an author, what I write is for the primary purpose of helping others. I quit school in the eighth grade to help support my mother and father and from that point on I continued my education through the collage of hard knocks. Now is the turning point in my life, the intersection where some traumatic changes have been made, even though I’m 72 years old my life is just beginning.
The quote you refer doesn’t originate from me I made it one of my mottos about 20 years ago. To be honest I don’t know who the originator is however I write from memory so it might not be verbatim. Thank you for starting my book. BDC

Patti, I wrote this book a few years ago when the economy was booming. I have updated the material to meet today’s market place. Real estate is a place where you can become rich quick if you know what you are doing. As a seasoned investor my techniques will open the doors to new entrepreneurs and give them a head start in the business. I think this book is probably the best thing I have ever written.
