Rules of the club - (Not really rules - just a laugh !!)

1. Bring a bottle – Wine preferably but Jack Daniels, beer and most alcoholic beverages more than welcome. Some of us are tea total most of the time so a nice bag of Tetley Tea bags of jar of Coffee is just as acceptable.
2. Bring cakes – Any sort we’re not fussy. If you don’t have cakes any other nibbles are welcome. But we prefer cupcakes, mini baskets of muffins, cornflake cakes, cheesecakes, tirimisu and copious amounts of chocolate.
3. Bring your sense of humour --- If you don’t ... don’t bother coming in
4. Men welcome – any age—we’re not fussy !! The more the merrier, bring your friends ... honestly we don’t bite .. HARD
5. Bring urself LOL If not what’s the point
6. Turn the music up and boogie away or play air guitar... no wait thats me LOL
7. No new DJ’s bring ing the birdy song with em. We prefer something classier, at least till everyones trashed.
8. Explain anything that might not travel well across the oceans. We come from all over. 9. When you’ve made it and you’re famous the very least we expect is an all expenses trip to NY with copious amounts of champagne thrown in
And No Fighting – this is a peaceful thread. This is aimed at everyone. Our previous thread was deleted, with the loss of wads of good advice, links and so on. We don’t want that to happen again.
This doesn’t mean we’re not an opinionated bunch!

What happened?

Did anyone report any of the posts in the thread? I've noticed that they delete whole threads now instead of just single posts, which is messed up. I just posted to it not long ago.

I wanted to know if anyone in the chick lit group had read Marisa de los Santos "Love Walked In" and if they thought it was chick lit or lit fic. I thought it was lit fic, but a lit fic lady I once knew insisted it was chick lit. What do I know. Hence why I'm asking.

Ridiculous Claire. Is it because it had 'chick' in the title? It's the second thread with 'chick' in the title to be deleted in days - considering it's a genre it's a bit daft. I'm angry

doubt it chuck but annoyed as lots of agent and publisher info on it

just messaging the girls the now then back off to holiday ... will do the 1st page tom when am home... have most of the info
