Is The Year of Living Philosophically.
It's been doing the rounds for a while, but, recently updated, it's definitely worth another look.

Inneresting read. Also, if I may, Rachell, the novel by award-winning author Sharda Dean titled 'Mr. Unusually's Circus of Dreams' is a bona fide winner, IMHO, and the first in her Circus trilogy. You can find it @ http://www.authonomy.com/books/42835/mr-unusually-s-circus-of-dreams/read-book/#chapter

This is a brilliant book; one which -- I'm not ashamed to admit it -- reduced me to tears at one point.

I think she needs to sue Pixar. Her pitch is the exact plot of Toy Story 3

I have been plugging The Impeccable Editor. What a meteoric rise thus far and it has been an organic rise. To my knowledge, The Impeccable Editor has not asked for one backing. Others are doing that on the Editor's behalf (also, I don't know the Editor's gender and will not hazard a guess).

"The Impeccable Editor's Guide to Writing (and Rewriting)" by The Impeccable Editor. This is a must-read for everyone on this site to help make your great book better. It is now number 26 and will surely make the ED by the end of October. In addition, this book will sell in the states and in the UK.

Thanks for your time, Mr. Grassroots. Open-mouthed Open-mouthed Open-mouthed

If I may, Rachel, I would like to recommend two books for Harper True Life: Isabel Lopez's inspiring memoir 'Isabel's Hand-Me-Down-Dreams' about her early years in the barrios of Spanish Harlem (NYC) and how she rose above it to personally and professionally achieve...and legendary jazz diva Joan Cartwright's fascinating and highly entertaining biography of her illustrious career performing alongside and collaborating with some of the biggest jazz and R&B names of our time--'In Pursuit of a Melody'. Both works have wrongly languished here for far too many years, unfortunately!

CHEERS to you--
E.R.

Sorry--below are the hot links:

What the hell do you think you're doing just hijacking someone else's thread? You rate those books, there's plenty of other places to support them. Jackass.

The Year Of Living Philosophically

Sophie's World meets The Dice Man.

Or 500 Days Of Summer meets something else entirely.

Deserves its moment in the sun.

And you're a double jackass. That book is rising only because of an army of socks trading backing for backing. I'm sure you have one. The editor clearly doesn't know the meaning of the word Impeccable. close quotes

I am not sure what "an army of socks" means. If it means The Impeccable Editor is building a "grassroots" following, then guilty, I guess. I don't see it as a bad thing. Don't know The Impeccable Editor, but it is a book that will get published. That is what it is about here.
