about me
I'm a 30-something year old, married, educator, coach.
People who can't take criticism shouldn't be writing books and putting them up for comments, feedback and the publishing world. If you are this touchy about a simple observation, what makes you think you'll be able to deal with an editor who, by job's description, must be a business professional interested in making a salable product? Get over yourself.
In any case, it is my deep-seeded, personal and professional belief that if you're using the artwork of someone on your cover, you should cite it. It goes like this: (Artist's Name, "Title", Date. Ex.: Henry Fuseli, "The Nightmare",1781.) That's what POLITE, well-educated people do. If you don't know where to find citation guides, let me know. As an Art-Historian, I'll be more than happy to help. In fact, when I was getting my PhD in Art History, this website proved more than helpful. Enjoy: http://library.wustl.edu/subjects/art/imagecitation.html

Oh, and don't bring your whingey little patheticness over into my world. I love books and reading. I don't have a lot of time to worry about your feelings if they are easily bruised. I do apologise if I jump on something too quickly, as has been known to happen time and again.
Go raibh miath agat.
