I am poet, writer and critic. I do book and media reviews for several publications in India including The Tribune, Chandigarh.

I also own and manage a website.

All the stories in this manuscript have been written by me in a desperate attempt to maintain my sanity – confined as I am to my sick-bed in a room for the past 25 years. I lost everything that a person holds dear and sacred in his personal, social and professional realms. Fortunately, my 80 year old father, my two sisters and a niece have been great support to me. Not a single word has been typed by me in a sitting position. My handicap is unusual, painful and restrictive. Perhaps, this is the reason why God blessed me with a vivid imagination. And yes, thanks to technology I can reach out to people in different parts of the world from my room!
