about me

Hello, again, everyone!
I have just uploaded the PROPER chapters of my book. A few of you noted some typos and such which I was sure had been corrected - and they had! I had uploaded an older draft of my chapters! D'oh!
Also, chapter 6 (listed as "7" on authonomy) was only a partial chapter. If any of you read this, you will need to re-read it if you are interested. I suggest re-reading everything do to having corrected old issues.
SO, if anyone wants to read, PLEASE have a look, or another look. I have extra chapters up, now, as I finally got around to typing up my notebooks full of scrawl. Will appreciate any feeback or BACKINGS! :-D
Also, please feel free to approach me for backings, as I love to read the work on here. I'm slowly getting through all your requests and would love any backings (if you think it worthy) or some feedback if you have something to offer.
Thanks to everyone who has read my (unedited) old draft and to everyone who has shared their work. I have loved reading your offerings and you are all doing marvelously!

I love to work creatively and have been working / holding onto this novel o' mine for far too long and am desperate to make the time to sit there and go all-out to get it to a more advanced stage. It'll probably become an epic!
I also enjoy drawing and work on some comic book ideas and scripts. When I can, I like to write song lyrics and collaborate with friends on ideas to film, as I have the ability to churn out scripts very quickly when inspiration strikes. I just love the creative process!

favourite books

This is a very hard question. I don't think I've ever read an Anne Rice novel I didn't enjoy.
"A Density Of Souls" by Christopher Rice
"Spanky" by Christopher Fowler
"Doctor Who: Alien Bodies" by Lawrence Miles
"Ship Of Fools" by Dave Stone
"Oh, No It Isn't!" by Paul Cornell
"(Doctor Who) Lungbarrow" by Marc Platt
"Batman: The Killing Joke" by Alan Moore; art by Brian Bolland
Anything by Banana Yoshimoto is good by me!
I'm sure I'll kick myself later for not thinking of other much-loved books.

Lust & Hunger

Harley Woods

Melbourne, Australia. Dead things are arriving on these great southern shores. One brings love, the rest are out for blood. All are subject to lust.

Eric: a goth boy with a heart defect. Drawn to an undead man, Eric plunges into a love that threatens to destroy him. But dying of passion is better than dying of a broken heart, and names this man Eros.

Hans dreams of being a journalist, convinced he'll make it if he breaks the ultimate story. The sudden rise in deaths lead Hans to believe that a serial killer's on the loose! Searching the city for suspicious people leads him on the right path. He never realised he might discover that myths would be true! And that this Eros would be so willing to share the truth…

Juliana works far-too-hard as a nurse, alongside her flat-mate Jason. The only way to unwind is to party hard on their nights off. Only, Juliana wishes Jason wouldn't party quite-so-hard. Does she have to play the 'designated driver' all the time? One night, Eros allows her the release she's longed for.

The Haunt is a new club in town. It's where the other beings gather. Drawn there is Eros, an amnesiac vampire with an awareness of something being there. A war is coming, and they all must choose a side.

Hi. I'm quite enjoying the story you've set up. My only comment in the early stage of reading is that you need to go over some of the grammar and perhaps consider re-writing a line hear and there. Otherwise, the story itself is looking good. You have piqued my interest and I shall endeavour to kee... view book

Oh, what a lovely opening chapter. I have backed you and keeping you on my list to read further. I think the story from the horse's point of view is wonderful. In fact, if you hadn't stated as much before the chapter started, it would have been a nice little surprise to figure out that it was a sto... view book

I have just started reading the story - I'm a couple of chapters in and thoroughly enjoying your prose! You create the imagery and scene so beautifully and effortlessly that I've created the whole scene in my head. But the way you have placed Gerard's perspective on it all is brilliant. It's not ov... view book
