Fabulous hats

The photo is cropped because I was stark naked from the hat down. It's become a bit of a trade mark - the hat that is.

The book posted here is the product of a fevered brain. It is light-hearted humour designed to raise the spirits of the weary but will undoubtedly infuriate the resolutely gruff.

Believe it or not it was published last week and will soon be available to have and to hold. It is a thing of rare beauty.

When you think you've tried everything - you haven't

THIS BOOK IS NOW PUBLISHED AND AVAILABLE IN BOTH PAPERBACK AND KINDLE FORMATS

A diet book with a difference. No intricate calorie counting techniques or ingenious ways to combine or exclude food types. No mention of portion control or meal timing. And absolutely no scientifically developed exercise regimes.

WARNING: It is essential that all readers consult a doctor (or at the very least somebody with a little common sense and absolutely no sense of humour) before attempting any of the methods contained within this book.

Just been published but leaving enough of it here to make sure I don't lose the comments from all the lovely people who encouraged me along the way. The following is just a selection of my favourite chapters and does not represent the flow of the complete book.
- The Vanity Diet
- The Labrador Diet
- The Real Ale Diet
- The Body Wrap
- The One Food Diet

Just to let you know the book was recently published and is now available in both paperback and Kindle formats. I think the paperback is a bit too expensive but it's still funny. And I never did confess to you that it is all set in Nantwich (a fact that becomes more apparent as the book progress... view book
