about me

I am originally from Cheshire, England, and emigrated to California in 1954 as a child. I grew up in Beverly Hills but returned to England with my mother in 1959, aged 17.

I worked for Granada Television in the swinging '60's which was one of the highlights of my life. In 1969 I returned to California, where I worked briefly in show business, married and had two children.

I currently live near the ocean with my parrots and cats . I have been seriously writing for several years and have been fortunate enough to have my memoirs NO ORDINARY WOMAN picked up by a London publisher. They will be available for purchase in January 2012. My anthology of short stories, THE MAN WHO LOST HIS GENIUS AND OTHER STORIES are available for sale on Amazon.com.

This is fabulous. I laughed and laughed and read it out loud to my boyfriend...and he laughed too. Now you have to help me Mr. McCoy. I would love for my daughter to read this - she has just broken up with her man after four and a half years and her self esteem is rock bottom. Your story, funny ... view book
