about me

I am an unpublished woman in my early thirties, with a hunger for studying the wonderful beast that is human nature. To understand the birth and development of behavioural cycles; the wants, ambitions and desires of a woman and the subsequent pitfalls in our quest to be secure, loved and successful.

The Tapestry of a Woman

J.J Ferou

The essence of this book explores the areas that touch, and consequently make up the many layers in a woman’s heart.

The essence of this book explores the areas that touch, and consequently make up the many layers in a woman’s heart. How and why she can find herself in certain complex relationship scenarios. The effect of her choice in these personal journeys, both on herself and others. The emotional blur in the modern world that can leave her vulnerable, used and alone. Her quest for love, stability, change, self acceptance and self development. It delves into how patterns of behaviour are created and established that bear a very direct relationship to our own self-worth, and seeks to challenge embedded concepts of which may have become the norm.

Not what I am naturally drawn to but an engaging start nonetheless - I like the opening drama and also the flashbacks to Jon's lost love - I would like to get to know him a little more by chapter three - although I do feel his emotional side already - and would hope the plot to become a little more ... view book

Hi Janvier, What can I say - very shelved. This is not really my genre, but you write so easily and freely I was very quickly gripped, wanting more! Best of luck with it JJ view book

Hi Heidi, Definitely quirky, and original! I warmed to this very quickly - you write with great flow and feel. There's a distinct line in reading new work - do you read and digest the material consciously, or do the words take your feet off the ground to some place else. Surely the latter... view book

Hi MCH, I have read three chapters of The French Nurse. Similarly to your comments this is not normally my sort of genre, but I immediately admired the bold and specific style. You quickly develop the sense of adventure and mystery, where I certainly did want to know more. I did get confused at t... view book

Hi Valentina, I'm impressed with the fluidity and ease of your work. I immediately felt a bond with Chloe and Shane and like how we are made quickly acquainted with both of their plights, and hence are already emotionally involved. I can foresee youngsters being suitably gripped. Shelved. ... view book
