about me

I am an artist, designer and writer. I love to write stories especially fantasies which are also my favorite genre to read although I do read all types of books.

I love cats and currently have six who let me and my husband live with them. I am a collector of faeries and find them to be a creative inspiration. They adorn the bookshelves of my extensive library which also is my writing space.

I live in the desert southwest, surrounded by beautiful red carved rocks and old black lava flows. Looking at this beautiful landscape everyday is also very awesome and inspiring.

I am thankful everyday for being able to write wonderful stories that I can share with whoever may want to read them. So far I am the writer of two self published books and am working on another as well as a childrens book of faerie tales and short stories.

The Medallion - Book One - The....

Sunni Morris

This is the first book in a medieval fantasy series. The story follows the lives of two sisters seperated as children.

This medieval fantasy follows the lives of Alana and Anwen, two sisters who enjoy their peaceful lives until raiders attack. The hamlet burned to the ground, their parents murdered, the girls are left to survive alone. The only object Anwen could rescue is a mysterious medallion which once belonged to a wizard. Raiders capture, rape and enslave Alana, ultimately selling her to another criminal. Sick and broken she finally escapes and ends up at an inn where she begins to see a glimmer of hope for a better future. Anwen struggles to her grandmother’s village where she is trained in the healing arts. Tormented by visions of her sister in the hands of the raiders, she begins to suspect the medallion has powers that will help her find Alana. The Medallion’s characters face their challenges with determination and courage. Will Anwen discover the secret behind the Medallion? Will Alana find a better life? Will the sisters be reunited? This historical fantasy of human courage in the middle ages focuses on a fascinating time in history due to upheaval that can change things in an instant. Adult fans will enjoy this story about strength and ingenuity of women from ancient times.

Haversham Hill

Sunni Morris

An unusual haunted house story. This book contains a bit of romance and humor along with the eerie parts.

Deep in the woods of New England past a quaint village stands a three hundred year old mansion. The sparkling white walls make it appear beautiful at first glance but under the exterior the house holds deeper secrets where restless spirits wonder waiting for their next victim. After her divorce Amber O'Donnell sets out with her twin daughters to make a new start away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Finding the mansion in a newspaper she falls in love with it and is looking forward to a quiet relaxing life in this gorgeous old home. After moving in she finds her life anything but relaxing and quiet and soon must face the fact that her dream home is haunted forcing her to go against her convictions and seek out the help of the local witch. Will she take this woman's advice or seek another answer to the problem?
