A tale about two children who are kidnapped and taken to a magical land.
Elizabeth, Lilly and Thomas's mother, must have surgery.
She hires a coach taxi to take the children to their Aunt who
lives in London where they are to stay. Little did she know
that the coach would have a sinister coachman with dastardly
intentions. He kidnaps them, under orders from the evil
Empress, and is to take them to her to become her slaves.
They escape, running to the forest of Nothing. Its a place of
darkness, a place where lost souls go. Once you get in, you
never get back out. They meet a stranger who has the power
to release beings from Nothing, who leads them to safety.
They encounter many magical creatures throughout, along
with dangers and many close calls with evil as they try to get
back home.

Its a good idea to read past the first chapter. Ch 1 sets the
background and introduces the main characters of the book.
The second chapter is actually where the story unfolds.
