about me

I have been writing a little over one year. I have written a novel and one non-fiction book. I am working on two more novels now.

O.K., O.K. this is the rest of the story. I was a self-employed businessman until I was diagnosed with cancer. After surgery and chemotherapy I thought I was ready to get back to work. Then I suffered a serious stroke manifested in Aphasia. I thought my hopes for writing were gone. But after 4 years I have most of my brain back, and this novel was my first writing adventure.

favourite books

Anything written by John Grisham would be among my favorites. Other than Grisham I like fiction, non-fiction and biographies. I have a long list of favorites.

Dr. Thomas and his partners, Jessica Johnson and Brandon Hunter, realize that such a device will be invaluable to others. Protecting the intellectual property of his creation is of extreme importance. Jori, I finally got to your book, and I have been impressed. You obviously did a not of research, as I did on my novel. I find it interesting, but I cannot agree with all of your conclusions yet. I have to think about it for a while. I am a man, but sometimes I think women can perhaps be better ... view book

Joel, thanks for making me aware of your work. This is not one that I would have chosen without your telling me about it. It is outside of my genre, but now I am hooked. You certainly have writing skills, and I will read more of your works. It is amazing to me that you have developed these skill... view book

Al, thank you for your comments on my book and your suggestions. I do appreciate it. I like your book. You have an extremely good talent for writing. It sounds as though you have lived in S.C. for a while or other places in the deep south. I used to speak that way too. I am from the deep so... view book

Michael, I had two comments from you this week. Unfortunately, I was traveling this week, and I am just trying to catch up. I want to offer kudos to your turning yourself around and your excellent prospects for the future. I grew up poor, but I lived in the country and not in the city. We were a... view book
