about me

I'm a North Londoner and I teach in a primary school. I love reading all sorts of books and I can't get enough.

I'm planning to write my own novel after seeing what's uploaded here. Don't say my name five times in front of a mirror, honey, unless you can handle it! My work will come with a hook at the end of every chapter!

My favourite book here is Where She Lies by Nick Goulding.

I can't list them all!
I love books with a deep mystery!
I have plenty of good books for children but this is me time!

This book is shockingly brilliant - one minute, heavenly Edwardian family life, the next pure horror. I love how the book has changed since I last read it. Story-telling of the highest order. This novel will be, is, a classic of our times. I love it. Candy. view book

Just seen this book has been here exactly a year. The reviews are so right, it is pure magic. An awesome read! Candy. view book

I love the writing in this book. There are words here I'd never heard of before. 'Dandy-horse'! From now on my bike is a dandy-horse and I'll be using the dandy-horse paths. Seriously, I've so enjoyed reading Where She Lies. I'm keeping this up on my shelf. Candy. view book

This book has probably the most unusual point of view of any book here. It is no mean feat to get the reader seeing things from the perspective of a tree but somehow the author manages it. The story is fun but it has a real environmental message. A tree watching soaps? What an imagination. I loved t... view book

I am thrilled to have found this awesome book. The first chapter starts with a chilling scene and someone close to death in the 1990's and then we go back to 1907 with a total contrast in style and content. The fantastic descriptive writing pulled me right into the setting and I was there sitting on... view book
