Forensic anthropologist Katelyn Amos doesn't know what she's in for when she and partner Ryan Carr step on the trail of a murderous serial killer.
Katelyn Amos never would have imagined that in the span of a few days, she could die. When she and her FBI 'partner', Ryan Carr, step on the trail of the most prevalent serial killer in Oshawa, neither of them expect anything out of the ordinary. The usual investigation, with the usual autopsies and police reports; the subpoenas and the final arrests. However, something is different about this killer. They rarely leave any evidence. Their murder weapon of choice is hardly what one would call predictable. Each move that Ryan and Katelyn make towards an arrest leads the killer closer and closer to them, swaying around them like a ballroom dancer.
They've been dancing with the Devil, and they don't even know it.
