about me

'I'm a writer, I give the truth scope!'
- Geoffrey Chaucer.

I have been writing for as long as I can remember. I write fantasy and science fiction mostly, but happily read most genres.

I always have several writing projects going on at once. I just have too much going on in my head all the time, I suppose! My current book is Saving Isondier, which I have been writing for a few years. I am slowly editing, and will make it visible soon (hopefully!)

I live with my partner, who also writes and reads avidly, and my son, both of whom are some of my greatest inspirations :)

I am happy for people to ask me to have a look at their books, but if I haven't gotten back to you in a week or so, please feel free to harass me about it! My watchlist is rather -completely- full but I am getting through it slowly.

- Just a note;
I'm from Australia and therefore some language in my book will be slightly different to U.S readers. (This will only matter when I finally get some work visible!)

Hi Kirk, I just read the first three chapters and I am so glad I started reading! It's so much fun so early on. I'm going to read the rest before I leave a proper comment, but I'm backing it now because I love it already. Looking forward to reading the rest soon! - Charlotte. view book

Robert, this is something else! I was so hooked by every scene I swear I forgot I was actually reading. You evoke so much emotion with your well crafted descriptions and narrative; emotions that just continue to grow as the story develops. I am not often so affected by books as I was reading yours. ... view book

Hi Josh, First off, I have never been so into a book, to the point of leaning forward and jumping out of my skin when my phone beeped next to me. I was right into Blake's world, and in his head. You have given him such a natural voice, and actions. He is a refreshingly sarcastic, life-like c... view book

Hi Simon, I read the first chapter of Broken Infinity and I'm liking it so far. I have a couple of suggestions though. I think its been mentioned below, but I think an original cover would be a good idea. Make it memorable. If you don't have anyone who could do it for you, you can use Createsp... view book

This is a great read! You've written with a really natural voice, which makes it feel like someone is telling this story to me face to face. I love getting so drawn into a book that I forget I'm actually reading it. You're pitch is great too, it gave me a real sense of what's to come. Highly sta... view book
