about me

Hi All,
I'm a computer professional (yawn!) currently writing in my spare time (but there is never enough of it).

I have completed two full length novel drafts which I am in the process of rewriting/editing with a view to sending out to agents eventually.

I posted Two Day Hike here before Christmas and recieved a large number of very helpful comments. Thank you all.

Two Day Hike has now been made private while I work on it. It will be back later when revised.

I need to write and therefore I am currrently taking time out from the Authonomy addiction.

Thank you for your patience.
Tim.

Children are going to like this. I think you've got a main character in Tolly that will be loved by the readers. You have structured the stories well. Short chapters that have action and carry a nice moral message. They are very readable and understandable by your target audience. A very good job. ... view book

A wonderful tense and emotional start. Your characters are very believable and we feel their anguish. This excellent begininng gets the reader wanting to read more and more. If the rest of the book is like this then I think you have a winner here. Tim. view book

This is a very good start to what promises to be an excellent book. Your opening chapter starts the story off very well. You describe you lead character well through her actions and thoughts, and raise questions about where she has just come from, what she has been through and why. Really very, very... view book

Great stuff, Sandie. I'm not much into fantasy but I found this to be exciting and interesting. Your opening scene is great, full of action and pace. Telling of a crucial battle in the history of the land. I have here a few suggestions that may make it just a little better. Make of them what you ... view book

A very interesting plot and good charcters make this a story with lots of potential. Conspiracy novels tend to do well and I can see this being very popular. I feel however that you need to work on the opening of Chapter 1. It is a lot of tell and no action until about the fifth paragraph. I woul... view book
