about me

I live near Lisburn in Northern Ireland with my son Connor. By day I work for a Bank as a Health & Safety Co-Ordinator. For the past two years I've been a frequent visitor to the Harlequin Community where I've taken part in some of their Writers' Challenge forums. It's an excellent way to meet like minded people and to get some writing practice in! Most of us there are working on our own WIPs, in the hope that one day we too can become just like some of the authors we love and admire.

favourite books

Cassandra Clare's Mortal Instruments, Stephanie Meyers' Twilight series, Lionel Shriver's We Need to Talk about Kevin, The Host by Stephanie Meyer ... just about anything by Jodie Picoult and my favourite of all love stories ... Romeo & Juliet!

BUT : whilst I enjoyed reading the first two chapters and will go on to read the rest .... nothing and I mean nothing about that title would make me lift it off the shelf! A pity re... view book

I haven't finished reading yet, but I can't stop. If this was sitting on my bedside table tonight as a complete and printed work, I know I wouldn't put it down - I would sit to the wee small hours and finish it! Chapter 2 ... I have a little boy .... he's soft as putty - and I know how he would... view book
