This book does pull the reader in at a galloping pace, despite it not being my normal type of read. One nit: your short pitch uses the words 'delightful' and 'captivating'. For a 'manly' thriller type story, these seem rather feminine adjectives. Just a thought that struck me, perhaps you could use ... view book

An ambitious subject, fascinating though as I know nothing about it. The characters are very well written and there is a genuine feel of time, place and somehow you create an atmosphere of looming threat right at the start. view book
