My second submission to this website somehow is stuck at the bottom of this page, entitled: "Whore's Heaven". Again, I am entering it to obtain insightful criticisms to help with my writing career. And, again, I write in a journalistic style presenting my characters developing through the experiences they entertain.
I have removed my first manuscript, "Burnt By The Fire" and sincerely wish to thank those of you who wrote even briefly a critique to help me grow my skill. Please, any who are able to do so, please grant me your opinion on this last offering.
I aspired to be a writer since age nine but life steered me in several other directions to professional careers in education and national politics. Newly widowed and retired, I've returned to my first love. I joined this website to garner feedback on my writing, not to participate in a popularity contest. I trust that comments will be sincere.
