about me

Currently I am a college student in Tacoma, WA. Working on a creative writing/business major while writing every opportunity I get. I completed Catalaysia: The Curse of Five at the age of 17 and am pushing forward with the second novel- Catalaysia: Truth and Decisions.

My goal in the writing world is to create a new experience for readers. I don't wan my book to fall short and be the same as most books in a genre. I want it to make an impact and i do that by intriguing, confusing, and giving people something different to read. Something unexpected.

Catalaysia: The Curse of Five has been updated all the way to chapter 19 and the rest of the chapters won't be able to be uploaded until they are done. thank you for all the support :)

I am very sorry I haven't been more active, but being in school while working furiously to get Catalaysia published has set me back, but I hope to be back soon to look to see what is new on this site. Thank you again for everyone that has and continues to support Catalaysia: The Curse of Five.

Catalaysia: The Curse of Five

Auna June

The Curse has been awakened. The Prophecy has been written. And Lepra will never be the same...

Lepra is given a second chance to live when she reunites with her old weapons, but she has no recollection of what her real purpose is. The people she thought she could trust betray her for personal gains, while others simply manipulate her for power. Stories and rumors spread all around: is she the savior or the destroyer? Lepra must piece together her broken sword and save not only herself, but Catalaysia before her time runs out.

The manuscript is completed at 35 chapters and 132,000 words.

I think this has improved greatly since I last read through it. I would point out that maybe moving your first paragraph into a prologue, mainly because it doesn't tie in well with the first chapter, and would be a great short hook for readers to read right off the bat. I did notice though that the ... view book

Interesting ideas. Good endings to the chapters, they keep the reader's attention. Dialogue tags are smooth and you don't seem to have any issues with the descriptions. Your voice has an interesting twist for this type of book, but it still is interesting, it feels straight-forward (nice, but be car... view book

Your voice is great, it comes right off at the start. I think you have a good start here, its compelling for the audience, I do want to note that some of the normal things (everyday things) are a bit much, maybe try to expand more on the paranormal aspect. You have some great word choice, and good w... view book

Thought I would come back for another look. The pacing is great and I am really enjoying the character developments, along with the voice that comes off the page. It is definitely a good find and I will send this to some of my friends and see if I can get you some extra support. High stars. Auna ... view book

The poems are interesting. Fresh from what I am used to, but since I don't know a whole lot poetry I focused more on the short stories. You have some great ideas throughout. They are intriguing, fascinating, and really create a nice place for the reader's mind to go to. I do feel like the descriptio... view book
