Thank you, everyone, for your support and comments. I appreciate the help, but am still working on editing this book when I have free time-- which isn't often. It's a mess at the moment, as it was written many years ago and my skills have improved in that time, yet I've not taken a red pen to this MS yet.
Because of this, there is no need to comment unless you really feel compelled to.
