Literary Agents or Publishers that may be interested in my work can reach me at: wendypro@hotmail.com

Hello all!
I joined at the beginning of February and to be honest, I'd never written more than a grocery list until 2009.

I read when I have time, rate everything i read and support books I feel should be published. I don't answer to spam, but do exchange reads. Give and take->give my book a read and send me an email to read yours.

I have finished my first novel in January 2011, something I started in Sept 2010 needing to release creative energy. It is a completed work at 144904 words. (woo hoo!)

I'm looking for comments and support, here to learn from those who have been in my shoes.

The second novel will continue where the first leaves off. 'Now What' is the ongoing journey of the characters in the first novel. It is a work in progress at almost 70,000 words...i'm hoping it will be done within a couple months.

What started this journey was writing a non-fiction, seven volume, self reflective book series from 2009-2010.

All copyrights are secured and even the covers are all finished...all i need is one to believe in my determination. I will keep writing forever....tis wonderful to create.

And When

Wendiann

Struggling through life’s harshest realities alone, Jade reaches for happiness with the one man she believed would keep her safe.

Determined to start her life anew, Jade, a single middle-aged Canadian, sets her plans in motion by purchasing a home. Finishing a renovation, she stumbles when the doctor discovers the first lump in her neck. Her hardships are nothing compared to the devastating news of her father’s cancer diagnosis. Keeping her fear hidden, the sadness in her friends’ faces only mirror her feeling of being different and alone, Jade withdraws from the world.

Dealing with life's toughest reality, she turns to an online community for support and understanding. Safely hidden behind a keyboard, building friendships, careful to avoid the flirtations of many, one man would push through to form a bond of friendship over the miles.

Fulfilling a promise to hug her chat family for their care, her online family watch, fascinated, as Brady, the handsome Virginian who held her hand through it all captures her heart. As they plan for the future together, life would throw one more unexpected twist.

Online, where real becomes make-believe and make-believe becomes all too real. Many find friendship, others a partner, and some, get blind-sided

Now What

Wendiann

And When dreams are within reach, the past is never far behind.

The Sequel to 'And When':

Jade buried the past and set her sights on a promising future. Recording the twisted story frees her conscience and lines her bank account. Having exorcised the difficult memories, Jade’s streak of bad luck has finally come to an end.

After years of hard work, it seems she can finally have all she wanted. A man who is willing to go the distance and the dream of having her childhood wish, her ranch at long last. As she searches for the perfect setting, a ghost would come back to haunt her.

He left her with questions and a sorrow that spurred her into changing her life. The past is back to twist her life once more and it's determined to change everything, trying to recapture what was left behind. Life would never be simple or easy for Jade, that is the only thing she is sure of anymore.

Where 'And When' leaves off, 'Now What' continues with the journey of life's unexpected turns.

Kate, This is an incredible display of creative writing. I really felt like i was walking in history having read through the first seven chapters. The descriptions are detailed and the characters come alive. Switching POV from Nat and Kate, brings the reader into the story from two perspective... view book

Maria, Short pitch-is good Long pitch-I didn't care for and believe you can use your creative writing skill to draw the reader and add a bit of mystery. Think of being in a bookstore reading the back of a book...you need to capture the reader's attention enough for them to purchase the book...s... view book

Kim, I have read through ten chapters and I must say the story is endearing and heartbreaking. This makes us see a world that exists where perfection and demands of a controlling mother drive a family to the edge. The descriptions are done well and the reader is drawn into the dilemma of a young ... view book

Christopher, the exchange read as promised... This is a masterful use of dialogue and narrative, right from the start the reader is drawn into the story. I have read everything you posted and I'm impressed. Not my usual reading preference, you do a very good job of defining your characters in a... view book

Nathan, I have read through half of this book in a flash...it is well written and grabs the reader from the onset, carrying them swiftly from chapter to chapter. The initial rant of the business man on the paltform helps to set the stage and give me a visual of the area, something brilliantly do... view book
