Skyler, a Woodland Pixie, discovers a decaying piece of land growing in size. Only ever knowing pure happiness, this sight brings out a flurry of emotions; sadness, confusion, doubt. Skyler soon finds herself lost in peculiar places, with even more peculiar comrades. The creatures of Endel realize they must make a life altering decision in order to save themselves from the decomposing home they once knew. What choice must they make? And will they make the right one?
The children follow Skyler on her journey to fight the mysterious decay all while battling new and strange emotions. They grow curious as they begin to notice that people around them resemble characters from the story. Just imagination, or could it be true?
As the children learn of the acceptance within the creatures of Endel, they themselves begin to see the need for acceptance in their own lives. And some discover the secret their newly beloved counselor has been keeping.
