about me

i am a recent language graduate from Nottingham University, and within the last 2 years, I've found out just how incredible it is to write.

I'm from Leeds, UK and have lived here for most of my life, and there is no place I love more. Well, except maybe New York, Paris, Milan, Rio, Buenos Aires, Cape Town and Edinburgh. Ah well.

Stephen, This is a great read! Really good writing laced with humour and emotion - really enjoyed reading it. I'm certainly a pub philosopher and definitely can relate to some of this stuff! Definitely warrants a place on my shelf, mate. Oli view book

Terry, Great opening with a cheeky twist, and a fantastic hook to end the chapter with. I don't want to throw comparisons out there of other books/characters, but I would only do it as an utmost compliment - you write as well as they do. This is certainly a book I would love to cosy up in bed... view book

Pat, This is classic. I found it hysterical when he was talking to the caller and drawing a cock and balls at the same time on his notepad, that was brilliant. This is a cracking book and very very amusing. I wouldn't be surprised to see this floating towards the Desk eventually. Get yourself out... view book

Jeff, I've always been interested in Boudicca and her life and thoroughly enjoy reading novels about her and the romans and of that type, and I thoroughly enjoyed this one, too. You've built your characters up very well and you definitely get a sense of foreboding with Boudicca, but also diffe... view book

Ooh I like this! Very cleverly done - it's funny, well written and engaging. I like the font...yeah, random I know. Anyway, this is a very fun and delightful read and certainly warrants a place on the old Shelf. I'm gonna give the people i shelved today 24 hours and will pop yours on tomorrow night... view book
