about me

I am a Christian because there was a moment in my life I understood Christ died for sins on the cross; I took my place as a sinner before God and trusted Christ Jesus for forgiveness. There is no greater joy than to be accepted by my Creator and to know I'm guaranteed a place in His Heaven when I die.

My time as a reader and writer is divided between poetry and fiction, though, I must admit, I lean more toward poetry.

(I don't read or back books that contain excessive profanity.)

Andrea, Your delightful short stories and alluring poems are brilliant products of the imagination. Authonomy has further reminded me that there are still some remarkable poets in this world. Verlandieu view book

Scott, I must say when I started reading chapter one I wasn’t sure what to expect. I am usually uneasy reading stories based on Bible events because those who chose that course face two dangers: they can (1.) produce works that are so unoriginal and stale that they are not worth reading or (2.) butc... view book

Andrew, I read three chapters of The Poet and I must say—brilliant. I love how you decorate physical descriptions with the inner thoughts of the poet. “Slowing to a stop, he readies himself for what comes next. Take no chances. Do the right thing. Nobody wants something like that on their conscienc... view book

Ashley, what amazing story you've got here! Your prose is so clear and fluid that I can't think of any appropriate words to describe it. On top of the intrinsic worth of your prose, your writing is very subtle, which stirs curiosity. What I mean is that you hint at things without actually coming ou... view book

Hi there: I like the idea of compacting so much humor into a (potentially) scary story. These are great lines: "if we told him to stay, he'd attack us like he wanted to kill us... "He came up with a plan c and just bit the kid..." You also create fascinating characters that amuses your readers, at t... view book
