about me

I've been on Authonomy before and still am.

Unfortunately I have been unable to access my page and since HC failed to acknowledge my request to remove the original text, I've decided to upload the edited version of 'Lord Randle's Wee' under a different name.

It is now available as an e-reader on Amazon Kindle.

I've just uploaded some of Lord Randle's Willy, a kind of prequel/sequel to Lord Randle's Wee.

In the pipeline is Fetishes and Foibles: Bk 3 of the Randle Chronicles which I'm working on at present and intend to upload in the near future.

Lord Randle's Willy

Stewart R Carry

Advancing years and his grasping neighbour, Cecil Brunt, combine to persuade Lord Randle to dig up his past and guarantee the future of Randle Hall.

Sir Lawrence Digby-Pimm's pedigree has never been in doubt. Nor has his lust for young females, which drives him to commit one outrage after another with all the arrogance of his forebears. Until he gets involved with Vanessa Bunton! Fate brings Sir Lawrence and the young, reckless Willy Ponsonby together in the unlikeliest of circumstances in a Singapore bordello, leaving Willy bruised and battered, and the captain's reputation in tatters. In Malaya, Sir Lawrence indulges himself at the expense of religious and social conventions and finds the price of sin a very costly one indeed. Edward Watkins meeting with private investigator Paddy Maguire reveals far more than he had bargained for and leads him back to Randle Manor where an unwelcome visitor has reappeared without warning. Willy's return to Randle Hall is the answer to Charles Bunton's prayers. It seems to be the answer to Lady Randle's prayers as well when she encounters 'Jesus' in her personal grotto in his lordship's prize rose garden. Years spent observing from afar finally lead Edward Watkins to the doorstep of Lady Digby-Pimm but will his loyalty to the Bunton family prove to be too great to ignore?

Lord Randle's Wee

Stewart R Carry

The inhabitants of Randle come under close scrutiny as erectile dysfunction and salmon poaching combine in a good-humoured tale of dark desire and consuming passions.

The arrest of a poacher opens up a much bigger can of worms than Lord Randle could possibly have imagined. The future of his beloved Wee and its precious salmon hang in the balance. Lady Randle's behaviour has become intolerable as she plunders the wine cellar beneath the Hall and experiences a divine encounter at very close quarters. Cecil Brunt, owner of the casino next door has his greedy eyes firmly fixed on the Wee's bounty and its potential to be turned into a smoked version of itself. Unfortunately, the essential ingredient for Mr Chan’s ‘organ rejuvenation balm’ also lies at the bottom of the Wee. With demand outstripping supply, the future of Randle's flagging organs seems very bleak indeed! With so many vested interests in Lord Randle’s Wee, confrontation seems inevitable!

Apart from a few typos and glitches here and there, you write well but diaries don't do it for me I'm afraid...good luck with it anyway! Stewart view book

I have no wish to contest the historical accuracy of your book but I do find some of the dialogue unnaturally stilted and impossible to reconcile with the spoken word! It's as if the writer is using the characters to convey background information to the reader instead of filtering it through in the ... view book

A very promising start to a tale that grips the reader's attention from the beginning. I would suggest that the dialogue needs to be uniformly colloquial and representative of character type. Some punctuation issues to note...all the best! Stewart view book
