Just finished chapter 3, this is staying on my shelf! As well as being an extremely funny story it also pulses with vibrant language and descriptions. I particularly like, 'the patience of a cliff waiting for erosion,' and 'as fake as an aphid's orgasm.' Now for nitpicks - the sentence beginning 'A... view book

Just finished chapter 2 - boy, this isn't letting up! A cracking pace, fantastic characters, and the writing is superb (I particularly like the description of Mr Ferret.)
