An Object in Motion

Ronald S. Barrios

Rey is hired by actress Ruth Addems to find out who has been stalking her, but her stalker is bent on killing her.

Ruth Addems is a soap opera star on the rise, but when her house in the affluent neighborhood of Black Hawk is broken into it looks as if she has a stalker and she is reffered to Rey. But Rey quickly finds out that things aren't always as they appear. In the world of Hollywood everyone has secrets and most stories are the stuff that nightmares are made of. Rey learns that once an object is in motion, it remains in motion...

Masks & Malice

Ronald S. Barrios

Pam Lorado hires Rey to investigate her teen daughter's boyfriend who not only turns out to be a drug dealer but also ends up murdered.

When Rey is hired by Pam Lorado to find out about her fourteen year old daughter's boyfriend, Carter, he learns that the kid is a drug dealer. But that takes a backseat when Carter is found murdered in his own car. Then Pam's ex husband Peter, who would rather be a friend to his daughter than a parent, is gunned down in front of Rey's office. Both Carter and Peter have a connection to another drug dealer named Seth who is crazy enough to kill a kid. Someone is pulling the strings and now Pam and her daughter are in real danger and Rey can make heads nor tails of what is going on. The case is like an onion and every layer he removes just adds to the mystery. The only solid connection is a social website called Personal Place where everyone involved seems to have met. Unfortunately online you never really know who you're talking to because everyone is wearing a virtual mask...

Blood Drops

Ronald S. Barrios

When Rey is hired to find a missing wife he didn't expect Murder, a hit man and a gang war.

In Blood Drops Holly Richardson disappears and Rey is hired by her husband, Phillip, to find her. But right from the start of the investigation he learns there is more to the case than meets the eye. There is infidelity, deceit and ultimately murder. Throw in a Mob hit man named Mr. Oliver and a gang war waiting to erupt and you have a face paced rollercoaster ride of an adventure with an explosive showdown between Rey and Mr. Oliver. Every new clue raises more questions and and everyone has something to hide; some are willing to kill to keep these secrets hidden. The only way for Rey to get to the bottom of this mystery is to follow the Blood Drops.

The 'shocker' was really good. I also write mysteries s... view book

I like your stylr of writing. You seem to stick to the 'less is better', meaning you manage to say a lot without a lot of words. That makes for a pleasant read. Good job. Plus although I don't know much about Nero he has always been a person of interest to me so I really like that you used him as ... view book
