about me

I am a sixteen year old writer out of Long Island New York and have been writing since I can remember. My first story I wrote when I was in fifth grade for an assignment, so I couldn't get it back from the teacher to put on this site.

My first real idea came to me in sixth grade for another assignment where I was handed a button from a box in my teacher's drawer and told to write about it. Where it had come from, how old it was, who wore it last. Well, about twenty typed pages later I had myself a story and another assignment I would never get back. But in eighth grade, finally of my own accord, I sat down one day and began to write. I didn't stop until my hands nearly bled and it was three in the morning.

It took me three years of writing, two complete rewrites and a few months of editing but that book that I sat down to write, my heart and soul, is Silver. And there are two other books in the series that are in the works, Gold and Platinum. Eilonwyn is a newer book and more original but less developed and still very much unfinished. But I hope one day that my writing will reach other people and make them feel something, as all good writing does.
