about me

I live and work in the Manchester area of England. I've been writing since I was a little girl but only given serious thought to aiming for publication in the last few years. I'm Autistic and creative writing is one way I've been coming to terms with my handicap.
My other great passions besides writing are cross stitch embroidery, Christmas and cats. My book is dedicated to my lovely mum, dad and brother.

What a splendid piece of work. Intriguing and thought-provoking story-line, vivid characterisation, beautifully flowing prose and authentic dialogue - you can hear the voices. Deserves to be published. view book

The book has flowing prose and vivid and memorable characterisation. The author has got the dialogue right too. Writing in dialect either works or it doesn't - this is spot on and you can hear the voices. Definitely deserves to be published. view book

I also do not agree with SL. I think the format works splendidly - the voices sound genuine, and Edwardian. It's an excellent book. I picked this one to read out of the whirring long list of books on this site for one reason - it's different. Books can be as well-written as any, but if they're o... view book
