An Egyptian Mummy rampaging around the ship and an uncontrollable coal fire means the Titanic is a ship that is on the brink of disaster.
Insurance Investigator Richard Mallory is sent to investigate a robbery at Rainsbury Hall where among a number of items taken is a valuable black scarab.
The initial suspects are Professor Charles Montacute and his daughter Jazmine who appear to be making good their escape to New York via the Titanic.
On the boat train to Southampton, Mallory discovers that the key to the mystery is a four thousand Egyptian Mummy brought to life by a combination of science and ancient magic. The creature is to be used to reclaim Egyptian artefacts and, invoke revenge on some passengers who have been deemed to have plundered Egyptian heritage.
So, Mallory boards the Titanic, ready for the adventure of his life. However, unbeknown to him, there is a very different danger ahead; as the Titanic is a ship which is heading for disaster – for below decks in the forward coal bunker, a devastating fire that threatens the very safety of the ship and all those on board.
