Sorry about the wait for a return read! Anyway, this is really well written. The mood is palpable, and the prose strong. I'm not usually a huge fan of this genre exactly, but I think you did well. Jessica view book
When it comes to rhyming poetry, I think your best bet is to keep with a meter (iambic pentameter, trochaic tetrameter, whatever you want). For example, in your last stanza, even if you don't balance the stressed and unstressed syllables, I would suggest keeping the number of them consistent through... view book
