about me

I'm the author of The Dream Tide, a supernatural thriller released February of 2010. The book is available world wide. Check out your local bookstore, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Hastings, Tower Books, Books-A-Million and more.

The Dream Tide on Kindle is here: http://www.amazon.com/The-Dream-Tide-ebook/dp/B006XZ2CQ6/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1326674252&sr=1-1

My articles are published in Pursuit Magazine, Prospect and other media outlets.

I'm a father of two and I have been married for almost 11 years. At the age of 42, I race desert motorcycles and I took the #4c plate (out of 67 positions) for 2012. Whoopie!

Weekly Status:
I deleted Runner's Gold for now. I might put another draft back up when I have time.

In other news, I've begun the process of becoming a publisher. I'll take submissions later this year.

favourite books

I am a lover of historical fiction and it doesn't matter from what time period. Rome is fascinating. WWII is important and interesting, and I love Tudor fiction/non-fiction.

Andrew Davidson's The Gargoyle - Brilliant.

Ryne Douglas Pearson who is a good personal friend and supporter. He's written: Cloudburst, Capital Punishment, October's Ghost, Thunder One, Top Ten, Simple Simon, Mercury Rising with Bruce Willis, and Knowing with Nicholas Cage.

The Lovely Bones - great writer, very powerful.

The Kite Runner - Emotional, historical, and beautiful.

Ken Follett - Great WWII era fictional stuff.

James Clavell - A genius.

Michael Crichton - One of the best authors of our time in my opinion.

Terry Brooks - I grew up on the Shannara series.

Carlos Castaneda - What a trip. Very cool stuff my mom got me into when I was a teenager.

And many more....

Absolutely great writing. "Now comes the end of everything." Or does it? You, my friend, are a terrific suspense writer. The story flows nice, the paragraphs are clean, and the narrative is smooth/beautiful. I'm backing this. Scott Runner's Gold Author of The Dream Tide view book

Powerful query pitch. A character in my book The Dream Tide cuts herself with a shank on the arms for each time she thinks of her kidnapper. Your pitch is the first time I've seen this anywhere other than in my own fiction, so I'm very interested in checking this out. I will add to my watch list/... view book
