about me

Dear Wonderful Writers,

I'm taking a break from Authonomy for a while to simply focus on writing in all forms. I write a movie review column for a website called Chicklitclub.com. I also write two blogs, SearchingforSincerity.com and MotherofaRockStar.blogspot.com, and I write feature articles and theater reviews for the Queens Gazette newspaper in New York City. These things all keep me busy, but at the same time, I'm working with an editor on the book that I have posted here, The Time Baroness. When she's finished, I'll probably re-post it, and also am considering selling it as an e-book, rather than go through the endless wait to find a publisher. Though the book has found a home with an agent, that fact hasn't made much difference towards me reaching my publishing goals.

There is a sequel to The Time Baroness, called The Time Goddess that is also undergoing an editing process, and I'm working on my third novel, Siren Depths, a thriller about mermaids and murder.

So you see, I'm busy writing, besides working my day job as a language teacher (English and Spanish). If you'd like to friend me on facebook, you'll find me under my full name and I'll happily reciprocate. I feel that building a backbone of support is necessary for all writers, and this site has been helpful for that. I just don't have time to do all the networking necessary to compete for those top five spots. I think I'll pursue other avenues for the time being.

So please don't feel insulted if I don't read your book or reciprocate your backing. I'd love to, but just not now.

This is so wonderful, vivid, and beautifully, beautifully written. I love how you used the term Kindred. I can't imagine how you put yourself into the mind of a horse with such detail and empathy. I didn't have time to read all that's here, but loved what I read. Backed. Georgina - The Time Barones... view book

I love it when an author takes a chance - and succeeds. Granted, it takes some sticking to it to get to the story, but fortunately, it's entertaining along the way. Very creative. Very interesting. Georgina - The Time Baroness view book
