Ever tried to a make a movie? Get a contract for your writing? What if you are a nobody, a nobody without an agent?
I thought I might try and join the elite, maybe write a movie, see my work on the big screen, how hard can it be really? Problem was I was a tire fitter in Crewe, northern England industrial town of the UK. Never mind Granada TV Manchester, I’d better move to Hollywood. I was tired of changing tires on tractors at the local slaughter house so Hollywood it was. That would give me an edge I thought. So I moved to Hollywood in California (by the beach). And this is how it went; for the most part I have kept the details pretty much autobiographical and on point with very little embellishment.
