about me

My first book, Alpha One - The Jump Pilot is published (traditionally) by Eternal Press and is available in both e-book and print format. Full details are available on my website http://www.chrisburton2212.weebly.com

I can be contacted directly on Twitter @ chrisburton99 or chrisburton@btconnect.com

My second book (The Sequel) 'Alpha One - The Kronan' is finished and I have now removed from Authonomy and await publication. The third and final novel in the first trilogy is now two thirds completed and I will upload a few chapters in a few months as a tempter.

I will be back soon...

THE OLD PROFILE...
I have now officially retired from Authonomy having reached my 100 target! I will no longer be reading or commenting on peoples books... sorry, but its just too time consuming. I shall be leaving my book onsite for a few weeks more, just to see what happens... or indeed how quickly it goes down the rankings!

I am a B2B Advisor, living on the Hampshire/ Surrey Border (UK) with my wife, three small children (all boys!), two dogs, a cat, two rabbits and two fish... called Frenzy and Tigger!

Disenfranchised with my first chosen career path; I turned to my creative side, to writing and the exploration of the world of science fiction and the endless possibilities that lie beyond.

Great Stuff David, Good plot, dialogue, characterisation and a fast paced easy to read and moving plot. These are the characteristics which make the reader want to come back to a book and to achieve the authors holy grail... Hi Colin, Good read so far, but I would take a look at the third paragraph of your main pitch; not sure 'previously planned' is relevant. Just a little tightening up as the pitch is your key selling point. The opening chapters show promise, although I would look to reduce the lengthy sentence... view book

Hi Bradley, First Class! The world you have created is bleak and yet is probably not too far removed from where we are right now. Your characterisation and vivid description set the story up well in the first chapter and then the story moves on at a pace and there is plenty there to keep you r... view book

Hi Doug, This has the potrntial to be a great story, wih an intersting premise. Your pitch is let down badly in my opinion by your personal commentary on the quality of the read and not the story which will unfold within. This is a very cleverly woven story and you do well to convey the emotion a... view book
