about me

I am now a retired photo journalist of 80 who spent his working days all over the world. I started in photography when it was glass plates and finished when digital took over. I am widowed with four grown up children, now all married who have given me some lovely grand children. Writing has taken me over and I seem to spend endless hours on the PC, I hope soon to get one published in the old way, one never knows! johnjoch@tesco.net

A good start to what I think will be a great book. I have always liked 'Westerns' and I like this one, especially the way it is written and the detail. I am backing this as I know it will get to the top of this site, good luck to you! Take a look at my book, Three Stayed Home a WW2 adventure and ... view book

Having read the sinopsis, I think this is a cracking story. It is fresh and well written with a story line that for once I haven't read. It seems that the trouble with most 'who done it's' is that the story lines are all very similar. In your case it is different and new so I am backing it and hop... view book

I like the story a lot and feel the dialouge is excellent between the different people. You must have done quite a lot of research on the period to have got it so right. I am backing this book and hope it reaches the top on this site. Take a look at my book, Three Stayed Home a WW2 adventure and ... view book

I couldn't read more of this story, knowing it was about yourself. One has to ask why do some go through this kind of existence, whilst others get everything in life? I am certainly backing this and really hope you get this published. I have only one small thing to say about the writing which I ... view book

A very good start to what I think will be a great book. It starts with the woman looking for her son and then contiues to hold the reader as it progresses. I am backing this in the hope you will find a publisher, as we all do on this site but I am afraid very few will make it. However, take a loo... view book
