Humanity is about to come face to face with the powers of the Universe. The fate of an entire race hangs in the balance.
This is a story about friendship and treason, about strange alliances, and about the heartbreaking decisions that are made when the fate of the entire humanity is at stake. John is a young ship captain that finds himself on a planet Earth upon which all the people lost their memory of the past. This is in some way linked to the crashing on the planet of a space ship that carried aboard a mysterious artifact and two alien beings. From there the conflict involves another alien race, the Sarians, that was at war with the first one and two other more powerful races, with Biblical influences, the Elohim and the Nephilim. The humans begin to reconstruct their society in a form similar to the medieval period. The ruler of all humanity is the Imperator, and he will make John captain and from there on begins the war with the invaders from outer space. The first part of the action is placed in the past, a past that will haunt John in the present day, and it will define his actions through the entire book.
