I have a published children's book in the UK and it is now being agented in the USA, so keeping my fingers firmly crossed. I love to write children's anthropomorphic animal stories and have recently teamed up with an illustrator to work together on a number of children's picture books. Crooked Rooks is my next attempt at a full length children's novel.

Updated June 2010 - I have found authonomy takes up so much time that should be spent writing! I now have a publisher for Crooked Rooks. Thanks to everyone for their kind comments and backing.

I, too, was going to refer you to the book of the same name on Amazon, also referring to Benjamin Franklin. I agree you need to vary the title. However, a good premise and I like what I have read so far. Backed view book

These are lovely. You should really pitch them to some of the Christian publishers if you haven't already. Try Scripture Union and Day One Publications for a start. There is really a need for stories like these. Best of luck. Backed with pleasure view book
