about me
I first began writing a novel way back in the seventies when I was drifting around Spain on horseback. Five chapters later I managed to get a rep’s job on the Costa del Sol and that was the end of my ‘writing career’ – and I had to sell my horse.
Seventeen years later, after my adventures extended to ten years in Peru, I returned to Devon and enrolled at Exeter University; at the age of forty-seven! This proved quite fruitful as it led me into a teaching career which held me steadfast without the urge to up and travel again.
Unfortunately, two minor strokes forced me to give up teaching but, once on the road to recovery, I at least had the time to write again. I had no idea where I left the first attempt so I began a new novel, ‘Unforgiving’; a fictional thriller about a raunchy romance which turns to mass, graphic violence of revenge when the betrayal of his loved one is revealed upon her unfortunate death.
The book is complete. If you do not like reading graphic violence then do not read past chapter fifteen.
There are twenty-eight chapters; 85,621 words.
Hope you enjoy it.
