about me

I live in beautiful Malvern in Worcestershire and have a view of the hills from my window as I write- so inspiring and romantic. Like many here, I've been writing for years and have found authonomy to be a very helpful site because through it I've met so many wonderful like-minded folk. That's what it should be about not getting on to The Editor's Desk.

The Long Shadow and The Crimson Bed have both been published and Middle Watch will come out next March/April.

Thanks to everone who has helped me to improve these stories with their helpful and encouraging comments.

I'm glad you asked me to take a look at this beautiful story, Claire. It reminds me of one I wrote on a similiar theme many many years ago, a tale too painful ever to publish ...a story of unrequited love, the pain and tenderness of it all. So it immediately drew me in and stirred my heart...broug... view book

I enjoyed Beaumont and this promises to be just as enthralling. It's already full of suspense, interesting characters, love the colours associated with the names. You manage mystery very well and your dialogue is always good. Look forward to the finished work. Lots of luck!! view book

I really love this story and wish it was a book to hold in my hand as it's so much easier to carry on reading that way. So hurry up and get it out there! I'll keep it on my shelf for as long as poss. It's very different. The start is immediately interesting and it promises a lot of 'interesting... view book

This is a really funny book with lots of sensible advice in it too! You're a card, Uncle John...as we'd say here in the UK. I'd date you myself if I wasn't married and gettin on somewhat in years. I like that you suggest girls get more feminine again...I've never deviated form being a real femini... view book

Absolutely love this. It's real and funny and moving too. And mysterious as well. Good dialogue, lively, attractive characters. I'll shelve you soon. Lorri view book
